Return Policy

At Delta Charms, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality jewellery to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That's why we have the following policy in place:


All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. Therefore, please take the time to carefully pick your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we will offer an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please email us at deltacharms@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order or send us a direct message on Instagram. Please provide a clear video or a photo of the received item along with the reason for the exchange.
We will then arrange for a pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are only offered in the case of defective items or items that do not match your order. We do not entertain return or refund requests. 

Items purchased during a sale are strictly non-exchangeable. We believe in offering significant discounts during our sales, and in return, we request our customers to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase.

Please consider recording an unboxing video of your order. This will help us resolve any potential issues promptly and efficiently, should they arise.

Note: While we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products and services, having video evidence can significantly aid in resolving claims related to missing or damaged items. Missing claim cannot be resolved without a video proof.

Exchange Policy for Ring size issue/undesired product

Kindly note that we do not offer free exchanges. Total charges of INR 349( may vary depending on your location) are applicable and must be borne by the customer for all exchanges.

We understand that purchasing jewellery online can be tricky, especially when it comes to ring sizes, or you may not like something that your bought. That's why we offer exchanges. To initiate an exchange for a ring size issue or to exchange an undesired product, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us of the issue via email (deltacharms@gmail.com) or Instagram within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the size you need.
  2. Carefully package and wait for the pickup of the product that will be arranged by us. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it carefully. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will ship the desired size to you.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. We will support you in exchanging the product but it is the customer's responsibility to timely inform us . If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy for Sale items

Sale items purchased from our store are strictly non-exchangeable, except in cases of defective items. If you receive a defective sale item or an item that does not match your order, report it within 3 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy for Acrylic, Resin, Jewellery with stones( pearl/zircon) embellishments

We want you to be thrilled with your Delta Charms jewellery! However, due to the delicate nature of certain materials, our policy for acrylic, resin, and items with stones/zircons differs slightly from standard items.

Items Covered by this Policy:

  • Acrylic jewellery : Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. made from acrylic material.
  • Resin jewellery : Pendants, rings, charms, etc. made from resin material.
  • Jewellery with Stones/Zircons: Any piece containing delicate stones or cubic zirconia embellishments.

We offer exchanges for covered items within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Important Note:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for covered items after 15 days of purchase. This is because acrylic, resin, and items with stones/zircons are more susceptible to:

  • Breakage
  • Stone loss

These issues depend heavily on how the jewellery is handled and worn over time.

We kindly recommend taking extra care when handling these delicate pieces.

For Your Consideration:

  • Store your jewellery in the provided pouch or a soft fabric-lined box when not in use.
  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.
